Gillions Catering has evolved through the success of its retail business, Brian attended Southport Catering College, and this is where the Catering dream began. We use the same ethos of quality and price throughout the business and strive to provide buffets using the finest ingredients available. When deciding who to use for your function remember that a Gillions buffet uses ingredients cooked by our chefs on the premises. We Roast our own Hams, Turkey and Beef, Our Quiches are made using Homemade made pastry, free range local eggs and a filling of your choice. Our Sausage Rolls are Homemade (using our finest pork sausage meat) and baked on the premises. Our salads are Hand sliced and diced using produce that we collected from the Market and carefully dressed by our chefs using our homemade dressings and Mayonnaise. Our Sausages were handmade by our own Butchers then expertly cooked by our chefs. Our Bakers Dozen rolls and Bread selection is Hand baked by Tanseys Local Bakers. Our Salmon is delivered fresh from the Market daily and carefully poached by our chefs.
All our Hot dishes are prepared on the premises and cooked by our team of chefs.
All our buffets are made with care and pride, a full allergens sheet is provided with every buffet. Expert, friendly advice is always available from any of our Catering Team.
